The Phoenix Players is non-profit organization, so
our shows are funded, in large part, by tax deductible
donations, both monetary and in-kind from members of
the public and businesses.
You can help support this important cultural endeavor
in several ways:
You can show your community support and at the same
time advertise to a segment of the population that is
an important part of your community’s buying public.
Be a supporting sponsor
Be our Gold Sponsor (one per season)
Gold Sponsorship requires a minimum donation of $600
and gives the Gold Sponsor:
- A full page ad on the inside front or inside back
or back cover in all season programs with recognition
of sponsorship
- Six reserved seats for all productions
- Special thanks on The Phoenix Players website and
an optional link to your website
- A receipt for a tax deductible donation
- Sponsorship acknowledged in all advertising including
posters, flyers, and handouts
Silver sponsors
Silver sponsorship requires a minimum donation of $300
and gives Silver Sponsors:
- A full interior page ad in all season programs
with recognition of sponsorship
- Four reserved seats for all productions
- Special thanks on The Phoenix Players website and
an optional link to your website
- A receipt for a tax deductible donation
Bronze sponsors
Bronze sponsorship requires a minimum donation of $200
and gives our Bronze Sponsors:
- A half page ad in all season programs with recognition
of sponsorship
- Two reserved seats for all productions
- Special thanks on The Phoenix Players website
- A receipt for a tax deductible donation
Be a Patron Member
For a donation of $130, Patrons get:
- Membership in the troupe
- A complimentary reserved ticket for all Phoenix
Players productions for the season
- The opportunity to purchase up to three additional
tickets with reserved seating per show
- Special thanks in all season programs
- A receipt for a tax deductible donation.
Advertise in our program
- 3½ ”x 2” (business card size)
ad in all season programs - $75
- 5 x 3” ad (approximately ½ page) in
all season programs - $125

card or help with layout and graphics.
